Welcome! Let's Get You Set Up for Success

We're excited to help you on your wellness journey! Before we can provide your IV infusion or injection services, we need to walk you through a quick setup process using the Hydreight Wellness app.
Why do we require this step? It's simple - the law requires that all IV therapies and injections be prescribed by a licensed physician, and we take your safety seriously. The Hydreight Wellness app allows us to create your medical profile, connect you with qualified doctors, and ensure every treatment is perfectly tailored to your health needs.
The good news? Once you complete this one-time setup, you'll be all ready for fast, seamless service at every future visit. Plus, you'll have ongoing access to telehealth consultations whenever you need them.

  1. Download the Hydreight Wellness App
  2. Create your account
  3. Fill in required information
  4. Press “register”
  5. Go to your email and retrieve the temporary password Hydreight has sent you. Copy the password.
  6. Return to the Hydreight app and use the email address and temporary password to log in.
  7. You will be asked to reset your password. After you reset your password, press “continue”.
  8. At the top, press the green button “get started” to complete your Hydreight client account.
  9. Press the blue highlighted text “Client Profile”
  10. Enter your information and press “Update”
  11. Press the back arrow
  12. At the bottom of the page, press “Book Now”
  13. Press “Facility Service”.
  14. Press “IV Infusion Therapy”, then “Next”.
  15. Press “Ozarks Hydration at the top of the screen.
  16. Select the type of infusion you wish to receive. Add the quantity (“1”)
  17. Press “Continue”
  18. Book the time you would like to be seen.
  19. Press “continue”
  20. Press the blue button “Medical Consent”
  21. Fill in the required information
  22. When completed, press “Proceed”
  23. Press the green button “Proceed to Book Consult”
  24. Select your time to have a telehealth consultation with the doctor or P.A. This consultation is a $25 fee and is good for 6 months.
  25. Hit “Continue”
  26. Hit “Proceed to payment”
  27. The doctor will call you at the time you set up. He will have a few questions and ask why you would like to have a treatment.
  28. You will be charged separately for the telehealth consultation. You will not be charged for the infusion until after you’ve received the infusion.
